My son will never prostitute himself to the US military. Despite having received a glossy mailer last week from the US Marine Corps. He is 16. They used an incorrect version of his middle name. He has two and the first was omitted, which was very strange. We never ever use both and usually his legal name appears with only the first middle initial. Fuck their war and fuck them if they think my son will die to enrich the already insanely wealthy people behind this or come home irreparably scarred. Over *my* dead body.
